Yes — we ship worldwide. No matter where you are, you can order from NINÜ.
What currencies do you accept?
We display prices in your local currency where possible. Australian customers see AUD, New Zealand customers see NZD, UK customers see GBP, and US/Canadian customers see USD. EU customers see their local European currency. If you're outside these regions, prices display in AUD.
What if the prices feel out of reach in my region?
This one's important to us. If you find something in our collection you love but the price is a barrier where you live — subscribe to our list and reach out directly. Amy personally sources and price-matches products for subscribers, free of charge. We believe wellness shouldn't have a postcode.
How do I take you up on the price-match offer?
Subscribe to our email list, then contact us with the product(s) you're interested in and your location. Amy will get back to you personally.

I'm in the EU — do I have the right to withdraw?
Yes. Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at amy.wll414@gmail.com. You can also use our EU Right of Withdrawal Form. Please note that you bear the cost of return shipping. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the damage and your order details. We'll make it right.

Who curates the NINÜ range?
Every product in the NINÜ range is personally curated by Amy — our founder and certified aromatherapist (Certificate IV in Aromatherapy, Australian Institute of Applied Sciences). Amy sources from independent suppliers in the USA who share NINÜ's commitment to 100% pure essential oils and body-safe formulations.
Are your products natural/clean formulated?
Yes. Our aromatherapy products are sourced from independent, values-aligned makers who prioritise 100% pure essential oils and body-safe formulations. These are not mass-market suppliers — they're small, ethical producers who care as much about what goes into their products as we do.
Are your products vegan/cruelty-free?
While we strive to guarantee every one of our products is vegan/cruelty-free, unless it is specifically advised on the product description then there is an outlying risk. Contact us directly if you have any product queries.

We'd love to help you find what's right for you safely. Please book a free consultation with Amy before purchasing — as a certified aromatherapist, she can guide you to the most appropriate products for your skin and flag anything to avoid.
What's the difference between the Magnesium Lavender Bath Soak, Magnesium Chloride Flakes, and Epsom Salt?
Magnesium Lavender Bath Soak — a ready-to-use blend combining magnesium with calming lavender essential oil. Ideal for a relaxing wind-down bath ritual, especially for sleep support.
Magnesium Chloride Flakes — a highly bioavailable form of magnesium absorbed transdermally (through the skin). Great for muscle recovery, stress relief, and sensitive skin. Dissolves easily and is gentler than sulphate-based salts.
Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate) — the classic bath salt. A more affordable option that supports muscle relaxation and general detoxification. Works well as a base for your own DIY blends. Not as readily absorbed as magnesium chloride but still effective.
